What happens after I place an order?Updated 2 years ago

An order confirmation will be sent immediately to your email address after placing your order with your order number, order total, and optional gift message. Please review this information as soon as possible to ensure all addresses, items and arrival dates are correct. 

Once your order has been packed and ready to ship, you will receive another email with the tracking information. 

If there are any problems with your order, a member from our customer care team will contact you by email.
