Please refer to your selected shipping method on your confirmation page, as you will be provided various shipping speed options. We ship orders via Fedex, UPS, or DHL ECommerce. 

Exceptions: 
Orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are the same, but shipping times may be longer than quoted.
We've temporarily halted international shipping and can currently only fulfill orders within the continental US. 
Please check your address information carefully before placing your order.

What is your shipping policy?

Our pretzels are baked fresh in “Pretzel Country” Pennsylvania, home to the very first commercial pretzel company!

Where are your Pretzels made?

Look for "Have a Discount Code? Click Here" 

If you are using a phone or tablet, the discount code field can be found on the final page of the checkout process. This will go back and apply the discount to your order.

If you are using a computer, you will have the option to enter this discount code once you start the checkout process. If you happen to be using an Express Pay method (Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop) you will have a chance to enter on the final checkout page.

Note: Only one discount code per order may be used.

Where do I enter my discount code/gift card?

Of course! It's super simple. When you add an item to your cart and ready to checkout, click on "Is this order a gift", "Add a personalized note", fill in your message, 'save message' and you're good to go!

Due to food safety & health regulations, products cannot be returned, even if unopened.

Thank you for your recent order! Your order will be shipped out to you ASAP. Based on your selected shipping method, please keep in mind that our Business Days reflect a standard Monday through Friday schedule, 9am-5pm EST.
